There’s nothing better than the charms of Bahia, to promote a relationship immersion for a venture capital company. At this corporate event, about 30 employees gathered in an exclusive retreat in Itacaré with an ocean view, handpicked by Matueté Bossa.

To get them involved, our team developed a list of experiences that combined the beauty of the destination with a great deal of authenticity. From rafting to hiking, or yoga classes by the sea breeze, there was no shortage of memorable moments. There were also surfing lessons and a Bahian music concert.
